Company Abarta Investments Limited (Cyprus) has concentrated 99,97% Insurance company

December 31, 2009 Cypriot company Abarta Investments Limited has increased the number of shares it owns to 49,658,231 units. That is 99.979866% of the total number of voting shares in the share capital of JSC IC " Dobrobut ta Zahist".
International Investment  Holding Company Ltd (Kiev) reduced package of ordinary registered shares owned by the company, up to 5000 pcs. This represents 0.0100668% of the share capital of the insurer.
